My Doula Services in Milton Keynes
The kind of care your appointments didn’t make space for. Calm, continuous, and completely in your corner.
Choosing a doula is deeply personal.
You might be here because you’re starting to wonder what it would feel like to have someone in your corner. Someone who already knows you long before labour begins. Someone who doesn’t need everything explaining. Someone who stays steady when things get intense, messy, or uncertain.
That’s what doula support is.
It’s not about taking over. It’s not about one set path. It’s about being the steady presence beside you, through pregnancy, birth, and those tender early postpartum weeks. Holding space for your questions, your fears, your "I don’t know what I’m doing" moments, and your quiet power.
I support many kinds of births. Home, hospital, caesarean, and free birth, and I support all kinds of families. I don’t replace your midwife or care team. I work alongside them, making sure you feel informed, supported, and held throughout.
I’m based in Milton Keynes, and work across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire, and beyond. Including areas like Aylesbury, Bedford, Northampton, Buckingham, Leighton Buzzard and Towcester. If you’re not sure if you’re within range, you’re always welcome to ask.
The work we do together isn’t just about birth day itself. It’s about building trust, exploring what matters to you, and creating a space where you can move through your pregnancy feeling safe, seen, and steady. You don’t need to arrive with a plan. We’ll figure it out, together.
If you’ve been looking for someone who’ll notice the shift in your breathing before you’ve even said a word, who’s warm, honest, a bit nerdy, probably swears more than she should, and shows up fully when you need it, you might be in the right place.
If you're curious about working together, we can start with a chat over tea (or your favourite drink), over Zoom. A chance to meet, talk things through, and see how it feels.
Birth Doula Support - £1500
Wherever and however your birth unfolds, I’m there for you and your birth partner, offering calm, continuous care that doesn’t clock out. I don’t replace your midwife or medical team. I walk alongside you, holding your space, protecting your headspace, and offering the kind of emotional steadiness that makes a difference.
What’s included:
2–3 antenatal sessions - In your home, where we get to know each other, talk through your hopes, any previous experiences, what helps you feel safe, and what you’re still figuring out. These sessions are led by you and tailored to your needs. Whether that's emotional prep, system navigation, or practical birth planning.
WhatsApp / message / phone support from the point you book, for questions, wobble moments, or reassurance as things come up.
On-call from 10 days before your estimated due date - Until baby is here. Available 24/7 once you hit that on-call window.
Full labour and birth support - I’ll join you when you’re ready and stay with you through your whole birth, wherever and however it unfolds.
2 postnatal visits - One visit in those first early days, and a second visit when you’ve had some time to settle. We can debrief your birth, check in on feeding, and talk through anything that’s coming up emotionally or practically.
Additional postnatal visits - Available if you’d like more hands-on or emotional support in those first weeks. These can be booked as you go. These are £90 for 3 hours.
Service area:
Milton Keynes, Bedford, Aylesbury, Northampton, Buckingham, Leighton Buzzard, Towcester and surrounding areas. If you’re nearby but not sure if you’re in range, just get in touch.
Standalone Postnatal Visits - £90 per visit (3 hours)
The early weeks after birth can feel raw, beautiful, and overwhelming, often all at once. My postnatal visits offer you hands-on, practical, and emotional support while you adjust to life with your baby.
Whether you need someone to hold the baby while you shower, fold the laundry, help with feeding, or simply sit with you and listen, I’m here.
Postnatal visits include:
3-hour visit in your home
Emotional support, space to reflect on your birth experience
Practical hands-on support as needed (feeding, baby care, rest support, household help)
Light breastfeeding support (as a trained peer supporter)
Postnatal support is available whether or not I supported your birth.

FAQs
-
Yes, absolutely. I know this kind of support is an investment, and I want it to feel accessible. I’m always happy to talk about splitting payments into smaller instalments. We can discuss this as part of our initial chat and add to the doula agreement.
-
I tend to book several months ahead, especially for on-call birth doula support. The sooner you get in touch, the better chance I have availability for your estimated due date. But if you’re further along, still reach out as sometimes there’s space.

I work in Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas: Bedford, Aylesbury, Northampton, Buckingham, Leighton Buzzard, Towcester and nearby towns. If you're not sure if you're in range, feel free to message me as I can usually be flexible.

Yes. Hospital, home birth, caesarean, freebirth, high risk, low risk. However your birth unfolds, I’m here. My job is to walk alongside you and your choices, wherever and however you give birth.
-
No. Doulas don’t provide medical care or replace your clinical team. I work alongside your midwives, doctors, and birth partners, offering emotional support, advocacy, information, and a continuous, calm presence. I’m there to hold space, not to make medical decisions.
-
You don’t need to arrive with a plan. Part of my role is to help you explore your options, work through what’s feeling heavy, and figure out what kind of support feels most useful to you. We can build it together.

Yes, fully! As a neurodivergent, queer doula myself, I’ve built my practice to be as inclusive, trauma informed, and adaptable as possible. Your identity, family structure, sensory needs, and emotional landscape are always welcome here.
